The home is a 4000 sq. ft. duplex style home. It is divided into two completely separate residences and can be configured into a three or five bedroom home. The complete home can be accessed from inside meaning that you do not have to go outside to gain entry to the other side. The five bedroom configuration provides 7 bathrooms and two complete kitchens/living rooms and dining areas. While one side of the home is large enough to accommodate large groups for dining, it is nice to have the other areas for peace and quiet that is often not available with large groups. Kitchen: Both sides have their own full kitchens with all appliances including blenders (very important). The kitchens have a large area for meal preparation or for just standing around the counter entertaining.
Dining Rooms: The separate area has a large glass top table with seating for 8.
Living Room: Both living rooms have large sofas as well as a smaller love seats and chairs. Both sides have 26 inch Sony televisions with satellite reception. As well, there are DVD players with newly released movies available. A 2 piece washroom is located on each of the main levels.
Bedrooms: In the three bedroom home, there are two bedrooms located upstairs. Each bedroom has its own balcony. One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a King bed. Both rooms have their own private bathroom. The downstairs bathroom has a queen and a single as well as its own ensuite bathroom.
