The Balcony: You have a view of the ocean from the Balcony but let us be very accurate here and not try to deceive anyone. It is 150 meters to the beach and you can see the ocean in various areas but full views of the entire ocean are not available due to palm trees and other homes.

Fully furnished home including all linens and towels including beach towels.
Maid service twice weekly. More if you request it at a small cost.
The home has air conditioning as well as having ceiling fans. Satellite t.v. dvd player, lounge chairs at the pool as well as beach chairs. There is high speed wireless internet with VOIP capability.

All kitchen appliances are onsite including toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.
DVD, microwave and all appliances as well as access to a washer and dryer.
A vehicle can be included for an extra $200.00 per week.
Food can be purchased for you for a fee if you provide your shopping list.
