Drive 31 km south of Cancun International Airport and you will arrive at Playa Paraiso or Paradise Beach. Nestled between the Mayan Palace and the Iberostar Paraiso Resorts is our community. The paved road located next to the Iberostar Paraiso Resort is lined with palm trees and leads from the highway into our private subdivision. You will have to stop and check in with the guard at the gate to gain entrance.

The Mayan Palace Resort (mayanpalace.com) is located immediately to the north of the subdivision and the Iberostar Paraiso Resort (iberostar.com) is located to the south.
The original land owner sold the property to the 5 star resorts and kept the middle lots for a subdivision that he envisioned as his crown jewel. The smallest home in the subdivision has to be at least 2200 square feet.

The Mayan Palace has an 18 hole “Jack Nicklaus designed” executive golf course that boarders our subdivision. Located 1 km away is the new Iberostar Golf club with its own P.B.Dye designed 18 hole complex. 5 km down the road, Greg Norman has designed his Mexican Riviera 18 hole golf club El Cameleon that hosts the Mayakoba Classic PGA Tour event Feb 18-25 each year for the Fairmount Hotel chain at Mayakoba.
